The fair maid who, the first of May
Goes to the fields at break of day
And washes in dew from the hawthorn tree
Will ever after handsome be.

May Feast Days
Fixed and Movable feasts: Fixed feasts fall on the same calendar date every year. Movable feasts are celebrations that are not
fixed to a given date but are calculated to fall on a different day each year. Example: the feast of Easter is the first Sunday after
the first full Moon after the Vernal (Spring) Equinox. Most formerly movable feasts are now becoming fixed.
* Means that Feast day begin at sundown the day before this date.
